The simple cross roll gets its name from the arrangement of the cards on the table, since they form two lines cross. It is that simple because there is a roll, the roll call of the Celtic cross, which adds some additional cards at the end of the run.
With this roll will get several answers, starting with the past, following obstacles will be the consultant, and ending with the evolution over time, since the immediate future, until the final result.
The letters are arranged as follows:
Some authors prefer to start with the letter below (which have numbered as 2), but I prefer to always start left and go the opposite way to move clockwise.
Each position has the following interpretation:
1 - The secret to come out in this position will talk about the past of the consultant, what influenced him in his youth, or at the beginning of your question. For example, if the question is related to love, this letter will show past relationships, the attitude taken by the consultant in the past or how he started the relationship in which it currently is.
2 - The letter located on the second position shows the difficulties that the consultant is trying to make a success of your practice. If you're wondering about the job, this letter will reveal to us who is acting against them, who is not supportive enough or what the consultant's attitude is what causes things do not go well.
3 - The third card is, somehow, the opposite of the second, since it tells us what is in favor of the client, to whom must be supported to make a success of his visit, when or who can get help.
4 - From the 4 th letter Tarot shows us the future, starting with the immediate future, ie a day, week or month, depending on what is extended in time the question asked.
5 - This card indicates what will happen in the longer term, perhaps a matter of years, it is possible that contradicts the letter located on the 4 th place, which would indicate a radical change in the medium term.
6 - This letter is reserved off the cross, is considered the final outcome of the consultation. It would be the synthesis, we will find the answer to the very long term, the end of the context of the consultation, may be the end of life of the client, or the end of the lengthy nature of the question.
